First Easel Card - Friends are Angels Without Wings

After looking at Tilda for a few days, I finally made the decision to give her a home, and made a card for her.  I wasn't sure I could cut her out so I started by cutting out another stamped image of Tilda with her flowers.  Ok, that went well...so after this it was no time and I had actually decided to make the card.  I knew I was going to use Basic Grey's Bittersweet paper.  I had ordered some doilies and they showed up yesterday, and I guess they were just saying use me.   I actually enjoyed putting this card together.  I loved being able to use my Distress Inks, Twinkling H2O's (loving how it really shines), and of course a little more jewelry bling.
Everything seemed to come together once I opened up my Valentine's Drawer where all my goodies for hearts and pink are in my room.

When I went to bed last night, I hadn't finished the easel part of the card.  Well, before I was even awake, I must of had a good dream and decided to finish it.  I picked up my Viva Decor Pearl Pen and added pearls around the heart in the center.  I think this is just what it needed.  Thanks to Shannon for the beautiful ribbon, just the perfect pink.  Don't you just love the Sentiment from K & Company, "Friends are Angels Without Wings".  So true!  A little more bling and flowers and a short time later, my finished card.  I have to admit, I am actually pleased with how it turned out, except for one thing, but I think I'll keep that to myself.  hehehe

My Angel mentioned I should put Tilda in a Challenge.  Here goes nothing!!

C.R.A.F.T - Pink and Brown (definitely have that).
Our Creative Corner - Flowers (definitely have those).
and I'll even do Just Magnolia - Anything Goes- Tilda holding her hearts.

Thanks so much for looking.
